I'm a "newbie" at this office. I have found it to be just what I needed. Everyone is friendly but professional, and I have been given appointments when I need them most. It's worth the drive for me!
My first impression of my first visit is very favorable! Julie the hygienist was very pleasant and knowledgeable and the receptionists/assistants all were very friendly and helpful. Dr. "Sam" also impressed me as a very good and attentive dentist. I already have made an appointment for a future cleaning as well as a new crown!
No one "loves" to go to the dentist. My visits to Independence Family Dentistry have always been "pleasant"! Cleanings, extraction, check ups. All of the staff, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist have been courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled and always show concern for my well-being. For that, I thank you and highly recommend!
Excellent dental office from the staff to the dentists. They are somewhat expensive but the dental work they do is very, very good. I would definitely recommend Independence Family Dentistry.
First let me say that I am terrified of the dentist. My mom came here and highly recommended Dr. Pohl so I gave him a try. I am so glad I did. Dr. Pohl and his staff were kind and understanding of my fear. They took their time and explained everything they were doing. During my extractions they made sure I was doing ok several times. I highly recommend Dr. Pohl. Best dental experience I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Pohl and staff! I love my new smile!
IFD staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They always do whatever they can to make sure that you completely understand each procedure and any follow-up care. They are concerned about helping you reach your dental health goal and provide a positive experience. I always recommend them. I miss Dr. Danny, but am very happy with Dr. Josh.
I just visited for the first time and was very impressed. The staff was very nice and friendly. I look forward to going back in the future.
