THIS ENERGY COMPANY IS THE WORST OF THE WORST TO PREY ON ELDERY AND DISABLED SENIORS WITH PROMISES TO LOWER GAS PRICES ON THEIR BEHALF. THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!!!! AND A SCAM AND/OR FRAUD!!! I am a 70 y/o woman residing alone, working a full-time school bus aide position. I am never home to use my gas supply, LET ALONE WHEN PRESENT. I am hardly ever at home. Because of Indra Energy my bill has been hundreds of dollars more. They claim to be helping you when they are sticking you up without a gun. If they contact you RUN DO NOT SIGN UP.

Was promised lower rates then was overbilled. Rates were a huge increase over the market rate. PSE&G was charging .19 cents per therm. And Indra charged $3.65 Even with the Average market rate in the **/** area being $1.48. Then when I cancelled. I still had to pay two more months of expensive bills. The February bill they charged about 2.38 and the. When I cancelled they upped the bill for March to $3.65 cents. That is ridiculous. Save yourself the aggravation and just do not ever use this company.

I got suckered in for a supposed lower rate but got a bill for 972 dollars. When i spoke to them they didnt give a c*** and wouldnt help me. When i asked to speak to a supervisor he wouldnt let me. This is def a rip off and they prey on seniors and those less fortunate. I hope their company goes belly up.

I am a victim of FRAUD. Indra Energy fraudulently converted my account to them being my Electric Supplier. When I called Indra Energy and asked for a copy of the contract, they failed to provide it within the 3 to 5 business days. I spoke to a Supervisor who agreed to submit a Refund Request plus put me on a "Do Not Knock" list. I have not received my contract after I cancelled the account. I am still waiting for the Refund Request to process. Finally, I am still waiting for the results of their "internal investigation." In ... read more

o stars-they are still misleading customers all over the northeast and yet you still allow them to do business. they lie about the length of savings, tell you that you are signing up for one thing but actually sign you up for a more expensive introductory plan. how can they be allowed to do business like then when ** alone has sued them a few times. so they change their name to indra Energy and they are good to go to start all over again by deceiving us.

Charged us for the past year and we never noticed!! We never agreed to it and now owe HUNDREDS of dollars. We only noticed because our bill went up. Do not fall for this scam!!
