I am a victim of FRAUD. Indra Energy fraudulently converted my account to them being my Electric Supplier. When I called Indra Energy and asked for a copy of the contract, they failed to provide it within the 3 to 5 business days. I spoke to a Supervisor who agreed to submit a Refund Request plus put me on a "Do Not Knock" list. I have not received my contract after I cancelled the account. o stars-they are still misleading customers all over the northeast and yet you still allow them to do business. they lie about the length of savings, tell you that you are signing up for one thing but actually sign you up for a more expensive introductory plan. how can they be allowed to do business like then when ** alone has sued them a few times. so they change their name to indra Energy and they are good to go to start all over again by deceiving us.

Currently being sued by multiple customers for predatory pricing. Is this not a customer friendly company.
Charged us for the past year and we never noticed!! We never agreed to it and now owe HUNDREDS of dollars. We only noticed because our bill went up. Do not fall for this scam!!

Indra aka PALMco advertised 2 month intro rate but it starts on the enrollment date rather than the service start date. The service does not start until the next billing cycle so it's almost always later than the enrollment date. As result NO body could ever get the intro rate for 2 month unless they enroll right on the billing start date. Instead most people can only get intro rate for 1 month. It's a carefully design trap to steal from customers.

INDRA Energy aka PALMCO fraudulently opened an account in my name and was somehow how able to switch my electric supplier from PECO to INDRA. I never once spoke to anyone about changing my supplier. This company should be shut down immediately for stealing people's information and opening accounts without authorization.
