"Emergency car service" My 6mth old Q50 picked up a screw in the front left tire. I drove in at 12:30 pm and asked for help. Chris took control and immediately not only took care of the tire but gave me my 6mth service which was due. I was done in only 1.5 hours with no appointment just before a holiday weekend. I have utilized the Mercedes, and the Porsche and the Lexus service departments over the years and none met the high standards achieved by Chris and the service department of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. "Great friendly service " Danny in the service department is like going to see a friend rather than dealing with a service provider at a dealership. I know he will always be honest and get me a good deal on what needs to be done to my vehicle.
"True pro" Exceptional service by Brian Rock. The quality of the vehicles are top notch, but what really built customer loyalty is the level of service only people who care can deliver.
"Standard service" Was efficient, quick and generally a very nice experience. Clean waiting area with good coffee, etc. was kept informed by Raymond through the process and was in and out fast.
"Great advisor" Bill is the best, so humble and kind. A pleasure to work with!!! He explained in detail the service and the recall that would be completed on my car. He kept me up to date as things moved along.
"Overall excellent. " My recent service visit was fast, efficient and all staff members were friendly. They provided great service as well as a reasonably thorough inspection of my vehicle. And the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable.

"Excellent attention to detail and service based on my needs" Great service shredded at customer satisfaction. We needed a replacement car that fit our very large family (6kids meanwhile recall repair was done. Ray went out of his way to get it resolved for us. It takes the stress out of dealing with stuff like this which none never plans for and Has no time For.
