"Oil change " It was great - Shaun kept me informed of timing and had a rental car for me ready - when I got there I was taken care of right away both times at drop off and pick up.
"New Car Experience" The showroom was very clean as were the offices and the restrooms. The dealership had a very professional atmosphere and all staff were very friendly. Our salesman Jake was very helpful and courteous.
"Fabulous service " Raymond Graham was my service advisor. From the start he was very professional and yet caring with a smile. Since only having my car for a month I had a few concerns and Raymond listened to each detail and provided over the top service! The "Thank you" card left in the vehicle is a very nice touch and fine detail. Raymond is certainly an asset to Infiniti. I will definitely arrange service with Raymond on my next visit. Thank you. "air conditioning repair" Danny solorzano helped us get our AC fixed we dropped it off on Friday afternoon picked it up Monday car extended warranty picked up the charges Danny was very helpful and professional
"Car service" Even though I did not purchase from this dealership, I find service staff helpful and willing to assist the customer. The wait time (I did not have appointment), and found it to be reasonable, as it was a weekday. The waiting room is comfortable, with amenities.
"Ask for Shawn Parton!" Ask for Shawn Parton, he always does an excellent job. The service was fast and on time. The service has definitely improved compare to years ago.
"Service like it used to be!" Was not too happy with Infinity of the Palm Beaches but had always been more than satisfied with the service department so I took a chance and went back.they did not disappoint. Met Raymond Graham for the very first time and he truly made the service experience a pleasure.
"Service at this dealership is excellent. " Chris Tyson and his team from the greeter, Tomiko and the driver Mo. Chris is my "go to" guy and always does whatever he can to make the experience quick and painless. The team mentioned is great. I will only use Chris for my service point person!
