"Customer focused, detail oriented" Excellent service! They offered a loaner car at no cost to me. The car was the same as mine with same packages. The quality of service and communication was excellent.
"Oil change" Done on time. Danny was great. Reason for "good" rating was I waited 20 minutes extra for the car to be washed because it had a lot of bugs on it. Came back with no reduction in bugs. Do they have brushes. Otherwilse great service.
"Good Customer Service" Promptly obtained me a loaner car when it was determined I needed additional work done on my car Explained things well and did not pressure me at all.

"OIL CHANGE WITH NO SURPRISES!" My representative Raymond was attentive and professional. My oil change was completed in a timely fashion, the car was washed (which was unexpected and nice!) and I was checked out and on my way.
"Great Experience" Very fast, efficient, and stress free.. Raymond was a pleasure to work with. hr was friendly but not over the top..
"Serivce" I had an oil and tire rotated and they had me in and out in 45mins. Which was great cause I had my 15mo old with me.

"Had a very pleasant experience " I gave this rating because i had a very pleasant experience when i visited for the first service to my new vehicle when i got there it was busy but everybody was very attentive and took care of me as soon as possible
