"Pleasantly surprised" First time going to a dealership for service, and I found the experience great. I was worried that my issues with car may need me to argue about, but that was no the case at all. Ray was super accommodating and professional. Great way to start a relationship, and I will be returning!
"Intial Service on my new Q 70S" My Q 70S was serviced to my complete satisfaction. My service consultant Raymond Graham was waiting for me when I pulled in. He answered all my questions in a knowledable and courtious manner. The car was serviced and returned to me in pristine condition. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
"Scheduled maintenance" Danny is always very friendly, courteous & helpful. He has been my service manager for a long time & I am very pleased with his knowledge & professionalism.
"Oil change " It was great - Shaun kept me informed of timing and had a rental car for me ready - when I got there I was taken care of right away both times at drop off and pick up.

Since only having my car for a month I had a few concerns and Raymond listened to each detail and provided over the top service! The "Thank you" card left in the vehicle is a very nice touch and fine detail. Raymond is certainly an asset to Infiniti. I will definitely arrange service with Raymond on my next visit. Thank you.
