"Excellent" Danny was very helpful and kept me informed as things went along. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Very satisfied with the service process
"Tamiko Reed" We never got to service because they were jammed. The service advisor went above and beyond to solve the problem including getting down on the ground and looking under the rear bumper. She was able to temporarily fix the problem- missing screw- by using double sided tape. It is still holding! Thank you Tamiko- you were great!
"Service" The lady who took care of me at the service center when I arrived was awesome and made up for mistakes. The appointment scheduling phone line is not good. I got an Automatic scheduled me for 1/01/17 at 8am and when I called because it seemed to be a mistake she rescheduled me and when showed up for my real apt I was not down for service.
"Smooooth!" I'm so pleased with every aspect of my experience. Complete professionalism from purchase to delivery and beyond. I've purchased many cars from different luxury brands, but I've been truly blown away with every aspect of Infiniti of the Palm Beaches.

"quick and easy!" The service department is accommodating as well as easy, clean and just plain good! Plus they offer coffee and a snack... and a clean sitting area.
"Quick and easy" Had a tire replaced, service was speedy and staff great. I was very pleased with the overall experience and we will continue to use this as our preferred service dealership.
"Came in for 25,000 mi service" Service was fast & thorough. I was extremely pleased with the service manager Raymond Graham. Auto was returned washed & vacuumed. I would definitely return here for service.
"We have had our cars serviced at this dealer since 2002." The service is very good at this dealer. We have used them sunce 2002, could be a little less expensive, but it is a dealer.
