"Excellent" Bill D. in the service department is excellent and always manages my sercive appointments great. Among the best auto service I've ever had in more than 30 years of getting a car serviced.
"Service for Q50" Brian provided great customer service. I will request him when scheduling all future service needed to either of our Infiniti's. Keep up the good work Brian.
"Great service!" I came in for an oil change on a Saturday and the mechanic found some major things that had to be addressed. I was given a loaner and my car was completed early Monday morning which was done before the scheduled time. As always it was a truly a great experience and my car drives like it's brand new! Thank you for the great service.

"Tamiko Reed" I have been in and out of car dealerships all of my life, which is not a very short time. I purchased a used Infiniti at a Toyota dealership that was still under warranty. I had a small issue so I visited Schumacher Infiniti. There I was greeted by Tamiko Reed, a very pleasant young lady, who inquired if she could help.
