I called in to fix a problem and I was able to get a human on hte phone in 1 min. Very impressed, never had an IPS that only makes you wait 1 min to talk to a person
We have 2 cell phones, a computer and a tv that use WIFI. Streaming videos works great on either device.
Service is okay, wish it was faster/ had more options for what I’m paying for. For the price I pay I should be getting closer to a gig upload and download speeds, but that’s not even offered in my area.
