I have been with Infowest/AWI for 19 years. Today I cancelled my subscription because I am unable in the evening to stream any type of content. This went on for a month and while Tech was excellent they finally told me to move to another provider as they could no longer guarantee quality service. I was told they had oversubscribed and were choking for bandwidth in my area. I am with another provider and am now streaming at 30 x's the speed I was with Infowest, in the evenings.
