Your installer cut my land line I had ask to go with you land line and internet but he just said I can't do anything about it now. I said you caused the problem still can't and won't fix it I ha e not been happy will not recommend infowest to any one

3 years of good service & extremely fair prices. No problems at all. One of their representatives came to our home, w/o us calling them, because something at their office showed we weren’t getting the best signal we should be getting. Very happy with InfoWest.

My signal is very weak at times and my phone calls drop off. This has been going on for approximately six months now.
Woken up at 11pm by infowest installing services. Flood lights glaring into my window, and generator running for an hour and half...Tech said it was their only option, had to do this service afterhours. There are plenty of hours between 5- 10pm this could have been done. Noise ordinance concerns
The service isn't as good as it should be. There are delays

First of all I'd like to rate Brandon (St. George) a 5 star for his persistence in investigating and attempting to resolve my problem. I wish other customer service agents were as persistent as he is. I still cannot rate InfoWest very high on this problem but I understand that the access point servicing our neighborhood is at near capacity. When our cable was taken out, I didn’t know who to ask for help. I remember seeing info West, so I called InfoWest. I should’ve asked my neighbors, because I’m sure they’re more well informed. I’m not happy With InfoWest. It’s hard watching TV now. There’s always a circle going around. I have to wait till it leaves so I can continue to watch the show I watching. I am a widow, and I didn’t know what I was doing when I signed up. I’m sad to see that big dish on my roof I’ve never had a dish on my roof before. My other neighbors but with another company where everything is under the ground. They don’t have the problems that I do with my service. My Internet goes in and out. It is disappointing when the cable goes in and out all the time. It off and says it’s not connected. But, it is connected. I had TDS before and things worked much better. I shouldn’t have changed.
