The customer service seems good on the phone but been 2 months and still slow speed , I had a tech come out to try to fix the problem but no luck yet, I am paying for 1 Gig haven't seen that speed since I got it installed

I have been with Infowest/AWI for 19 years. Today I cancelled my subscription because I am unable in the evening to stream any type of content. This went on for a month and while Tech was excellent they finally told me to move to another provider as they could no longer guarantee quality service. I was told they had oversubscribed and were choking for bandwidth in my area. I am with another provider and am now streaming at 30 x's the speed I was with Infowest, in the evenings. Service has gone out (locked up, no internet) a few times with no explanation.

in 6 months I had service for less than 2 week the entire time, Complete garbage ISP that is not even based in most of the places they provide "service"...

90% of the time internet is fine. Sometimes internet is down without explanation.

Your installer cut my land line I had ask to go with you land line and internet but he just said I can't do anything about it now. I said you caused the problem still can't and won't fix it I ha e not been happy will not recommend infowest to any one

3 years of good service & extremely fair prices. No problems at all. One of their representatives came to our home, w/o us calling them, because something at their office showed we weren’t getting the best signal we should be getting. Very happy with InfoWest.
