I don't get consistent speed, after 7pm speed drops to less than 10 and I pay for 35 it fluctuates badly. This is getting very annoying.

You're service is so unreliable, no one will upgrade equipment even though it keeps losing connection and being way under what I'm paying for and your 24/7 "tech support" is an absolute lie. They're never helpful EVER. Barely can speak English have do absolutely nothing! If I am calling I've already power cycled my router which I'm paying for from your guys. We continue to provide 24-hour support, and we've maintained our "local" tech support team's availability from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. Notably, we've recently revamped our after-hours support team which is US based.
