I called with a billing issue and the person that answered was extremely helpful and took care of my problem expertly and efficiently, i think. the resolution hasn't happened yet so we will see.

We have had great service with Infowest. I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name because it has been about three months ago but he really had allot of patience in assisting me with getting my embroidery machine hooked up with wi-fi with the correct frequency.
