Service is great, as we have only had a very few times when the internet went down. Then it was not down for very long. On one occasion, I called to see why the internet was so slow and when the tech checked, he saw our router needed to be updated. He did this and all was well

The service is okay but I have to bounce my router every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain a useable signal. Kind of annoying but overall the service is good for a rural area.

From start to finished installation everything was done with ease. The installation man was very prompt (I didn’t expect that on a holiday)! He was very polite and answered all my questions. He made sure we had gone through everything that could possibly arise and made sure I understood what to do! Also made sure I had all the info I would need if needing more help. Work was clean and most appreciated!
