The service is okay but I have to bounce my router every 2 to 3 weeks to maintain a useable signal. Kind of annoying but overall the service is good for a rural area.

From start to finished installation everything was done with ease. The installation man was very prompt (I didn’t expect that on a holiday)! He was very polite and answered all my questions. He made sure we had gone through everything that could possibly arise and made sure I understood what to do! Also made sure I had all the info I would need if needing more help. Work was clean and most appreciated!

Tyler Bracken was patient. Installing this new HP Smart Tank 5000 wasn't as simple as it seemed. He checked the internet and moved me to the required 2.4 GHz for setup. Once the printer was set (he moved a few do-hickies on his end and voila the screen advances. I am able to move back to the 5GHz once installation is complete. HP doesn't need to send me a survey on how well THEY did. They didn't. Tyler did. He also told me how to dispose properly (recycle) the former printer, desktop, old table, and phone.
