Staff went out of their way to provide necessary travel arrangements
Very old, dingy. No air conditioning. Shuttle very helpful. Staff very nice. Old TV. "Free" breakfast is a joke. But give you $10 coupons per person at their restaurant, so breakfast costs $3-6 per person (if you choose not to do free breakfast).
Room was fairly clean but extremely outdated. Pillows are paper thin and the mattresses are worn and lumpy. It’s an ok hotel if you’re just staying during the day due to a flight delay, but not for an extended period of time.
Good central location but the hotel itself is dated
While the hotel is in a nice residential area of Anchorage and within walking distance of downtown, it is in serious need of updates. The furniture in our room was quite tattered and worn .... and the box-style TV was a real surprise! While breakfast is included in the price, you have to pick up your vouchers at the front desk daily.

Never stayed here before. Room was very nice and staff very helpful. Well positioned between the airport and town. Will be my place of choice when we come back to Anchorage.
