I really enjoyed the residential location. It felt noncommercial and serene. The breakfast voucher system was a welcomed change from the typical hotel buffet and the freshly prepared food were exactly as ordered. A handy grocery store was just across the street so accommodating special dietary needs was easy.

I’ve stayed in locations all over ANC. This worked well. A little out of the way and L Street is noisy. But great place and good price. So many down on 4th are overrated.

Especially liked the convenience of the 24/7 shuttle service provided by the hotel. $10 off coupon for use at the inhouse bar/restaurant is a good touch. Didn't affect us specifically but sometimes it looked like customers had long waits to check in/ check out due to only one person at check in counter. Would still recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was great. The rooms are dated but very adequate. Overall a good stay. We were there on three different occasions over a couple week.

Very nice staff and conveniently located hotel. It's a little stuffy (some may call it "charm") since it is an older hotel, but for a quick night in anchorage it worked just fine. I loved the fact that breakfast was included, and you weren't limited on the menu with the $10 voucher option.

Nice restaurant and bar downstairs, kitchenette in Room with coffee and might go wave. Room was very dated mattresses old but it was also very clean. A little pricey. Appreciated that they gave you a $10 voucher to get off dinner or breakfast in the restaurant. Would be nice if they had a little outdoor sitting area to use on nice days. The grounds were well kept with a nice fountain and landscaping and the staff were very friendly
