Unable to carry out repairs Booked and paid online for interim service and MOT, prior to my visit. MOT failure on oil leak, exhaust blowing, somewhere in the middle! and suspension bushes. Then told, we can't repair it. For a company that advertises that they repair small commercial vehicles, I was shocked. Service Booking process very straightforward and allowed a clear selection of what you wanted and what it was going to cost. Service completed in a timely fashion and everything as agreed apart from ....... Upon collection I was advised that all I had to do was to pay £29.95 locally which I did not knowing the process of pre-paying on-line. Xpress service at Bristol I did service on 23/07, not at all happy with it. I did say the steering was hard and i dont think fixed or fluid is changed. Also, gas / accelerator still doesn't function as reported. I could hardly see any difference / improvement in terms of drive after serviced and paying 120 for few mins. To add, i did email the customer service advisor at Bristol on following day but never responded my email. I always use Halfords and think i have taken a wrong choice and never recommend In n Out.
