A great experience I was a little apprehensive taking my car in for its first MOT (with me) to In N Out, but I was reassured by the guys and their friendly welcome to me. The waiting lounge was cosy and clean, it was interesting being able to watch the guys work through the window! Really pleased with the quality of service I received, they were so friendly and patiently explained to me the advisory actions for my car afterwards. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent service I've used In n Out at Cribbs Causeway quite a few times now over several years. They have always been professional, efficient, helpful, informative - and, I believe, trustworthy. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
Brilliant both times. On both occasions, I have taken my car to see them at In & Out Patchway. The staff have been very thorough. Taken time to explain why, and what they have done. They always make me feel important and nothing is to much trouble, thankyou.
Which? Local Review Provides a full service for £79, also MOT, valet, wash and air conditioning servicing. Purpose built, dedicated facility staffed with apprentice served mechanics and technicians. Excellent knowledge, helpful and friendly staff, very good value for money. Use this for all my standard road cars.
Tesla owners beware After our experiences with Bristol centre MOT on Tesla Model X would suggest that no Tesla owner goes within a mile of this place. The car went in working normally and came out with the door locking electronics completely messed up. Still struggling to get it fixed. They did not respond to a telephone message and an in person message so clearly don't care and don't know what they are doing with electric cars in spite of claiming they did work for Tesla dealer. Mot test/ retest... Patchway, Bristol Been using for the last couple of years, the good reviews made me switch.This time I'm feeling sceptical, not the reason why my Ford Smax failed, but due to the fact that after I left the branch on my way home the clutch pedal didn't want to come all the way to the top and was making a grinding noise when the pedal is pressed half way. M.O.T Poor service & poor customer service at the garage, very expensive, and have done something to my rear lights on re-test as not functioning correctly but are passing the blame.

Unable to carry out repairs Booked and paid online for interim service and MOT, prior to my visit. MOT failure on oil leak, exhaust blowing, somewhere in the middle! and suspension bushes. Then told, we can't repair it. For a company that advertises that they repair small commercial vehicles, I was shocked. If I knew beforehand that this was the case, I would have gone to a proper garage. Having failed the MOT we agreed that the interim service would not be carried out. Then went to collect keys .
