E Series Merc Service plus MOT First time at In/Out and will definitely be going again. The car was serviced and MOT'd in accordance with the times given to me and completed to a high standard. Fantastic value for money and I could easily watch what they were doing to the car if I wished from their customer area. Best value service and MOT ever; many thanks to Wayne and the boys.
Recommend 5* Car failed MOT, needed quite a lot of work. Issues explained clearly and the cost implications and options to spread the cost if necessary. Work completed well within time stated. Will definitely use them again. On a personal note I do wish they opened at 7.30am instead of 8.30am All the staff were clean, presentable and very pleasant.
Great service & value for money Booked in on package deal as needed to get 2 x MOT & full service. Great value for money, but more importantly it is the best customer service I have ever received at any garage. Nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Wayne who was fantastic and went above and beyond. So pleased I found them and have already started recommending them to friends/family.
More Great Service From In'N'Out I took my daughter's Audi TT to In'N'Out in Wednesbury yesterday morning...isn't that what Dads are for! It is ideally located just off the M6 Motorway. I regularly use this service centre and usually wait while the work is done. On this occasion I chose to return later that afternoon as I was told the Full Service and MOT ( great value at £188) would take between 2.5 and 3 hours. MOT with correcting work Good centre with friendly staff, free coffee, WiFi. Explained problems with my campervan brakes so I could understand and what options there were.
Re-gas I found them on "Who Can Fix My Car" website. They were the cheapest but also had completed the most Re-gassing out of the competitors. When I rang them the re-gas m/c was out of order - but, even so, I decided to hang on for 3wks. When I arrived in their reception they were extremely helpful, interested in what i had to say and very courteous. I was offered free tea/coffee etc in the waiting room. Annual Service and MOT. I have used In&Out several times and have always been pleased with the attitude and professionalism of the reception staff and mechanics. As a lady retiree I have been treated with courtesy, processes are explained if I request further information. I take advantage of the waiting lounge while I wait for the work to be done, this has always been well equipped and clean.
