Definitely recommend! Had an MOT and full service. Booking online was really easy and good communication with email and text reminders. The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff who advised on work needing to be done and were very helpful. I will most certainly use Wednesbury IN 'n' OUT again.

Quick and efficient. Went in for a full service. Needed brake fluid changing and had my engine and fuel filters cleaned. Should have cost me a fair bit but thanks to their silver deal, I was able to save money. This deal also includes my MOT when it's due. Excellent customer service. Staff are always friendly and not patronising, which as a woman, is a bonus.

Great professional trusted clear services Air conditioning re-gas. Clear prices on reception. Organized staff and service . High quality replacement parts and oils . Viewing waiting room so you can watch your car service. Clean and comfortable place, clean and quiet waiting room Very highly recommended.

Brilliant service Excellent customer service, booked in for full service and MOT. Agreed time started work, talked through what would be done and the time schedule, cannot fault the work done, explained at the end the advisories on the MOT and went through everything in detail what had been completed in the service, friendly staff, very clean environment and a lovely reception area to wait. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Great work and fast MOT deal was fantastic, good value for money. I booked a Saturday appointment at short notice as i left my MOT late. In n out understood the urgency and made every attempt to meet my renewal date. Great work carried and answered all my queries.

Speedy hassle free MOT at In'n'Out, Wednesbury. Had the Porsche in for an MOT at In'n'Out Wednesbury yesterday (16/11/17). Booking in over the phone was efficient. The car was admitted immediately on arrival. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently whilst I waited. The advisories were carefully explained by the manager. There was no hard sell of other products or services. All for a cheaper price than all the competition. They now look after all my family's cars (Porsche, Audi, VW and Range Rover). Cost effective Initial thoughts not so friendly as staff on desk was talking to each other. One rep appeared to have a challenging telephone call and didn't seem to care that a customer was present. A smile at start would have been nice. However on my return to collect the car ( which was done within the estimated time) the rep took time to explain the service and I appreciated that I was not charged the original quote because they did not need to remove my wheels to check the breaks. Always thorough, clean and quick Have used Wednesbury depot since 2011 for my Mitsubishi ASX, servicing my car from new. I have now done 100,000 miles and the car is running as good as it was in 2011. Genuine manufacturer approved parts used and I always insist on synthetic oil. Only ever had one complaint, they forgot to replace the oil cap in the engine after one service. They dealt with this issue professionally and quickly, steam cleaning the engine and replacing the oil again, all free of charge. For servicing and MOT's... read more
