The front desk staff and medical staff are friendly and welcoming. I was really pleased with the amount of time the PA Karie spent with me. We chatted together just like good acquaintances. I am happy with the holistic approach to health offered at Innovative Primary Care.
I’ve been coming to this office for years but recently in the last year I’ve started seeing Ally and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is kind, compassionate and she goes above and beyond to make sure that my issue gets resolved. I especially appreciate her knowledge in postpartum mother care as I myself am a postpartum mother. She’s really wonderful!
I have been with innovative on and off (I moved out of state) for over a decade. I always return because they are so knowledgeable, they listen to my concerns, consider my opinion, and give outstanding service. Everyone there is so warm and kind. Truly trying to help you. I love Dr. Kay Southwell and pay out of pocket to see her. However, I’m not a fan of the front desk/office people. This past appointment, I checked in with them and signed some paperwork and they never actually checked me in. When I checked out they were not very friendly and did not help to explain why my out of pocket had gone up about $60 more dollars then I had paid before or $40 more then my husband had just paid a month ago. But because of Doctor Kay I will just deal with them. She gets 5 stars!
I've been a patient for about five years and can't find the right words to describe all the positive experiences I've had with every member of the Innovative staff. Thank you all for your professionalism, fine care, kindness and willingness to do whatever it takes to provide a positive outcome to the few issues that may arise from time to time.
