Physicians not reliable.
Treated rudely, turned away as I cannot wear a mask due to health issues with lungs. Drove 2 hour round trip.
They made 3 big mistakes. Didn’t send in all of my prescriptions so I had to make 2 trips to the pharmacy. Didn’t order the right blood test so I had to go back and give more blood and then they didn’t call me when the test results came back. I wouldn’t go back to this office again except that I like my doctor.
Been going to Innovative Primary Care for 5 years. Never actually been treated by Dr. Levitt, even though I list her as my PCP on all medical records. See a new NP or MP each visit. Not the family practice kind of feel there. Recent interaction with office manager regarding past due bill was just short of harassment. I understand that offices need to collect money, but the conversation was NOT compassionate or caring at all. Currently looking for a new PCP.

I am so disappointed. Have been a patient for years, along with my husband and daughter and never had an issue, in fact sent many friends here because we loved it so much. Then the practice recently parted with 2 of the best providers there. But we decided to stay and see how things went.
