I have been a patient here for years and they are going so downhill it's horrible. They can't keep their dr's and now my dr. is part time. If you need a refill when they aren't there, sorry can't help. I had bloodwork done 3 months ago and a virtual appointment. now they won't refill my thyroid meds until I come in again. Did they call to tell me this, no they just denied my thyroid medication. When I call in, oh the dr is out, can't help you, just go without your meds until she gets back in.
