Inspect It Austin is absolutely incredible! We built brand new and liked the fact that Joey has a background as a builder and knows the ins and outs of that world. They did both our pre-drywall inspection and our final inspection and we were impressed with how incredibly thorough they are. Their prices are fair and better than most inspection companies out there, plus they give a discount to veterans, which was a big help. My experience with Inspect It Austin couldn't have gone any better. The team was professional and responsive. Those are great things but you'll really be impressed when you get the inspection. Man, these guys certainly pay attention to detail and provide not only a thorough inspection but a thorough time reviewing their findings. Ken was the inspection agent on my inspection and was polite, professional and patient while reviewing the report with me. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

We are so pleased with the inspection done of our new home in Buda by Inspect It Austin. With new construction it is hard to imagine there may be much to report but Inpect It Austin took the time to inspect and report not only on any exterior issues but also on any cosmic issues that were left to still be completed in doors. This was worth every dollar and I highly recommend this company.
Joey came and did our 1 year warranty inspection, he was on time for our appt and very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and was very nice. I would definitely recommend him.
