Joey is an excellent inspector. His report was thorough, fair, and well communicated. I highly recommend!
Joey was super early and did a great job. Walked us through our results and handled the drama with the builder as if nothing was wrong. He was also able to give us great recommendations on some vendors to handle some work we want done after we move in. We'll be calling him back to do the "Fit and Finish" inspection in 10 months!
What a great experience! It was very professional and the information received and shared with us by the inspector help us to buy our dream home with the confidence in a good home. He found little things that most people would't think twice about. He also found things that needed to be repaired prior to the purchase. It was money well spent and I would highly recommend this company for all home inspections!

The customer service was awesome from the beginning! Joey came and inspected our home even on a holiday! He was very thorough, took lots of pictures and pointed out the problem areas on the pictures themselves, as well as a very detailed report that we will use for our 11 month follow up. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know needing an inspection.
As the buyer of a house, Joey gave me great confidence in the condition of the house. With his pictures and details, you know exactly what needs to be done. Great tool to use with the seller. Can't say enough about his professionalism and quick response.
