Joey at Inspect It Austin recently did an inspection for a property we’re interested in. He was exceptionally cordial from our initial contact with him, through scheduling our appointment, through receiving our inspection report. The report was extremely thorough with photos and detailed descriptions of exactly what was checked, why, and how, including his findings and actions to take. This was probably the best inspection report I’ve seen. I’d highly recommend Inspect It Austin if your’re in need of a building inspector!

Joey was very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the care and time he took to walk me through his findings making sure I understood what everything meant for us short term as well as long term. Only regret is that we didn't bring him in early to complete inspections at all build phases. I also appreciated the level of customer service that they provide.
Joey was very thorough, and very patient! He took his time checking into every detail of my (soon-to-be) home, as well as lots of time explaining things to me. I would recommend him to anyone!
As a Realtor, I can't say enough positive things about Joey and his team. His reports are thorough, but not overwhelming. He takes lots of pictures so that you can easily send pages to your home warranty company or to contractors for repairs. He's got the quickest turn around on reports of any inspector I've worked with before in the Austin area. Its great to get the report back ASAP so that we have plenty of time to review and negotiate repairs with the sellers. I recommend Inspect It Austin to all of my clients!
