Facilities are new and most of the staff are more than pleasant. I have always been able to get in immediately when I have a dental issue which I truly appreciate. Appointments are usually on time and completed efficiently. I had many crowns put in here and I am very happy with the work. Every time I come in everyone asks me how I like them, if I am happy with them etc.

I was in Buffalo visiting family. I had a dental emergency and was referred to Inspire Dental. They gave me an appointment right away and Dr. Sadler took care of the emergency so that I could finish the rest of my vacation. I found Dr. Sadler to be very thorough and caring. The office is state of the art and the staff is professional and courteous and attentive. I am grateful to Dr. Sadler and Inspire Dental and would highly recommend this practice.

I can't believe the low reviews given to this office. After reading them they all appear to be cost driven. Let me give you mine. I'm 100 percent happy. My veneer broke yesterday. They accommodated me immediately. Office was well located and professional. Drs were both understanding and able to offer me sedation which other offices don't bother to do that for patients. The repair is excellent. I will be back.

Inspire Dental Group is wonderful! Their staff is truly an amazing team! At my cleaning the hygienist explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable with every step. She gave me pointers for taking better care of teeth and explained how some things I do (and don't do) can harm my teeth the long run. Dr. Sadler was wonderful in laying out my options for my treatment and was very gentile with my deep cavity at my follow-up. I have sent two friends to them so far. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Unprofessional, botched work, and an absolute run-around.I had an appointment on 5/26 at the Amherst office with Dr. Zaman to remove and replace my composite veneer. Only after she removed my existing tooth material did she bother to check if she actually had a matching composite color in stock. She did not.She then struggled significantly to shape the new tooth to match my other front tooth, explicitly stating to me that she "is not used to doing square teeth." Will be calling in the am. A male doctor named "doctor lee" was the absolute most rude doctor I've ever come across in my 44 years. I hope no one has to ever deal with him. He should not be working with the public. His interaction alone with me makes me want to leave this group I've been at for years because of how awful he made me feel. Had my wisdom tooth surgery two years ago with inspire. Confirmed prior to the surgery, which was medically necessary, that they accepted both my medical and dental insurance TWICE. Surgery itself was awful. Anesthesiologist did not give me enough anesthesia so I was completely awake and in pain the entire time and had to ask for more several times. I never had a problem with dentists or understood why people would until I came here. I saw Dr. Lee and got several fillings. First of all, he was berating his assistant over what seemed to be minor issues, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Second, on the third feeling, the initial injection did not make the area numb, which I told him. He said, "well, let's try it anyway." He hit a nerve and it was incredibly painful. I Just recently returned to Buffalo. I heard a good friend of mine started working for Inspires Amherst office. I was elated and reach out and asked her to help me get an appointment.
