Inspire dental is NOT a place to go to for wisdom tooth removal. After going to an assessment appointment Dr. Lin had me fill out numerous forms. I informed her that I had a low platelet count but it was never an issue with any type of surgery I had. She had me submit platelet count blood test results and said they may have to give me a platelet infusion just before the surgery. I have a very mixed review to leave regarding Inspire Dental- specifically the Maple Rd. office. My son received very good orthodontic care with this office. Unfortunately we had to move out of state half way through his ortho care and this is where our high praise of the office ends. In the last several months it's become nearly a full time job to get the appropriate transfer documents his new ortho needed to continue care. They don't care about any specialized needs you may have, money comes first, most unethical team I have ever dealt with. Absolutely horrifying experience. On 12/21, called about my crown that had fallen off. Was told I could get an appointment on 12/29. Isn't this supposed to be an emergency? Rep was not very knowledgeable.

I ALWAYS have a issue and this time I refuse to delete my comment. After I am seen and address whatever remaining care I will need I wont be returning! They decide three days before my apt to notify me that my dentist now went from his switch for limited days to limited days and only seeing patients at the West Seneca Location. Only one dentist is available now for my appointment and I dont care for him. He never agrees to address my guard and has poor patient hospitality

Never have I been to a dentist/dental group so unqualified. I came there as a new patient with NO cavities and left having to have a retreat on a root canal that THEY CAUSED. Their mistreatment of me was beyond disgusting. I could go on and on but I'll spare you the horrible details. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist that doesn't work here. Apparently they'll hire anyone. Also, all the 5 star reviews from patients are because inspire promises to put them in the running to win a sonicare toothbrush.

I had an appointment scheduled for a filling made over 2 months ago I received a text message and email confirming my appointment at 10:01am the day of the 12:00pm appointment. 15 minutes later I received a call cancelling my appointment. They cancelled my appointment 1 hour out. They also charge for missed appointments of less than 24 hours notice. I am now waiting another 2 weeks to get in. Very unprofessional and not accommodating at all. Look elsewhere if you are a new patient.

i've never been so disgusted in my life, i had an apt to get my wisdom teeth taken out today which you need someone to stay with you to monitor you and also have a ride home. so i planned with them that my dad would stay with me but my mom would have to come back which they okd when i scheduled the apt. then they called me yesterday to remind me about my apt which i again reminded them what i was doing. so then comes today the day of my apt., i went in today with both my parents and my mom explained what was going on to whic... read more

You tell someone you need your wisdom teeth out set an appointment, say someone needs to be there to wait, making 2 people call off work and you call 40 minutes prior to appointment to cancel?!?! If a we cancel you charge a fee, were is our compensation for have 2 people call off work. Went there and after an hour they did not take any responsibility and blamed the patient. If that's how you run a business you might as well open up a McDonald's.
