This place doesn't care about people doesn't care about patients. Terrible Terrible Terrible. I had to call four days in a row to get an appointment. You either wait on hold forever and the system eventually hangs up on you or you leave a message and no one calls you back. Only to finally get an urgent appointment for throbbing tooth pain, get there and be told I have to wait another two weeks for a consultation appointment with the dental surgeon. These people are in for money and nothing else. They made me sign up for additional exams that were not necessary. They lied about contacting my insurance company and that insurance agreed to cover the services. They asked me to make the copay upfront and before the service was done. I made the payments as requested and got my receipts. Six months down the road when I showed up for the routine cleaning, they told me that I owed them extra money. I had a surgery scheduled today for wisdom teeth to be removed. I went in for my appointment and was told the co-pay. I then explained that I was supposed to have cultures taken for a biopsy which I requested be done another time simply because I could not afford it today. I was told that they must be done today. When I spoke to Dr. Abbott and explained my concern he informed me that I had the right to not opt for the biopsy but he had the right to not perform the procedure and told me that I should probably go somewhere els... read more

I gave them all of the insurance info required for an appointment for my children, and they scheduled one for 6 weeks later. They call me the day before (today) to tell me they do not accept my insurance plan and never have. Plus, they do not verify insurance until the day before an appointment. So beware, you might be waiting for an appointment for nothing

I went here for a cleaning and check up due to serious pain from one of my wisdom teeth. The dental tech who did the xrays and cleaning was great and I really liked her. However, the dentist, dr. white, was very aloof and rude. He basically brushed off my wisdom tooth pain, told me yes we should extract them but i'll have to come back to consult with another dentist to make the appointment (3 weeks in the future). Although she exchanges all the expected protocol pleasantries, Dr. Lewis comes off as cold and not very genuine. My first meeting with her she failed to even properly introduce herself - didn't even tell me her name. Today on my 2nd visit to her it was the same - in the room and straight to work. While I do like to get things done so I can be on with my day, you're interacting with a patient and the least you can do is warm up to them and make them feel comfortable.
