Needed to have a new roof installed before the winter weather hit. They were right on it. Work was done fast and efficiently. Customer service was awesome. Will use them again.
Worker's arrived on time and started work right away. The whole process was done way faster than I thought. Worker's were very professional and knew their job well. Roof looks fantastic. Whole process from estimate to installation was easy and was able to contact one of their representative with any questions I had easily. All around an excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a roof replacement or any other work.
Professional and pleaseant to work with and workers cleaned up nicely afterward. We are enjoying our new shower and bathroom.
I highly recommend this company. Not the least expensive but you get what you pay for. The sales staff was very thorough and professional. The financials was an easy process also. The work crew was amazing. They got the old roof removed and the new one installed in about half the time I thought they would need. Any concerns I had they addressed right away. They were so respectful and professional. You could tell how experienced they were. I will definitely call Install America for my next home improvement project.
The contractor and crew were efficient and professional in installing a lot of windows. They were in and out as quickly as possible, while also cleaning up after themselves. They were great and willing to answer any questions that I may have had during the whole process.
The salesman came to talk to us, he was told that there will NOT be 3hr. presentation. He was in and out in an half an hour. Price was good. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with new Windows.
They came and did a great job. Answered any questions or concerns about the process. Did not leave a big mess and the price was great. I plan to have the rest of my windows done by them in the near future.

First off I never give any company a "5" out of "5" Just because. The salesman that came to the house was very courteous, and knew all what he was talking about. I did have other estimates and chose to go with Install America. They had a cancellation one day so we were able to get our new windows earlier than expected.
