The work crew did a great job with the installation on my roof shingles, they worked in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards nicely, I would recommend them to neighbors and friends and I would use them again on other home projects.
We had a carport built attached to our home,. They did a great job on the build of the carport, finished the job on time and the crew cleaned up the site well at the end of every day. This is the 2nd job we have had done by install america and will likely use them again.
I think the windows are great and they seem to be saving me money on the electric and gas bills. I however think that I paid to much for them, according to other people I have since talked to.
All professional, efficient and courteous from sales rep to installers.
The roof was easy and quick, however, there was a leak. I know leaks are hard to find, but Sue, in customer service, has been great. Someone has come out several times, but the leak is a tricky one. I still need the leak taken care of, but I have confidence that Sue will make sure that I am satisfied completely. That is why I could only give 4 stars not 5. Once the leak is gone, I can reevaluate me review.

They did a great job on my gutters,did what I asked.only took couple hours,and cleaned up all the mess from the old ones,nice job.
The installation was great and the installers were professional, clean and friendly.
John Moffit and Matt Pops in were great. They worked their butts off from the minute they arrived until they left. Cleaned up every day and took all the garbage away with them. So glad our bathroom is finished but I actually miss them. Great guys, nice work.
