Wes and Mike kept in touch with us through the entire project answering all of our questions. They were professional and friendly. The men that came out to our house for installation were quick and professional. They had all of windows installed in just under 5 hours and cleaned up completely before leaving. If I ever need any projects done I'd recommend Install America.
After I had a walk through with a new installer, Brad, my experience was great. Brad is very knowledgeable, patient, professional and exhibited a warm and outgoing personality! Great install of interior front door & storm door. Great installer. Very friendly. Even let me use his ladder to clean out my gutters while he installed.

The experience was absolutely amazing!!!! I felt as if we were treated like family and with a warm plethora of knowledge and comfort for being in the know about everything they were doing step by step!!!! I have waited just a little while to give a review to see if the windows are going to hold their reputation of the energy efficient system. I had originally had 2 large windows and a larger bay window replaced and the work was good. I had an issue with one of the windows and it took a long time to finally finally resolve the issue prior to covid. I was told by other contractors the "fingerprint" left by the installer and that it is hard to match. I needed more windows replaced so I started up again making calls to there sales team.
