From the door-door sales person and then the assigned sales associate were great. The sales associate was very personable, but at the same time professional. He was very intelligent in explaining the service, quality and process of Install America. The worker were awesome. They were on time and worked diligently throughout the day. Very good experience overall. Great materials and installation. The only moderately difficult part was scheduling. Once scheduled, the installation of our roof was completed on time and professionally.
The workmen were prompt. The were efficient. They got the job done in 2 days. 16 windows!!! The only thing I wasn't crazy about was that they had multiple windows out at once so there was a lot of air and bugs flowing through. But they cleaned up and the windows look great!

Your rep took his time explaining about your product and was valuable in helping us to decide our needs. The installer was very professional, friendly, and very clean. There was no mess and even took away the old door and framing. I was truly amazed and pleased with his work.
