Luckily, I could stay at home and wait past the postponments. They were profesional enough to call when they had to reschedule the start, and again and again. Once the work started, I found the office people well informed and able to connect me to the point of contact person who wrote up the contract. took a little while to get the job started, but they did an outstanding job
they did a WONDERFUl job installing our windows. They were quick, efficient, and VERY thorough. Unwilling to leave the job in a state not satisfactory to the installer, let alone to customer. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our windows.
The owner Tom was fantastic about having the job done right! He also did some extra work that was not in the contract to ensure my happiness.
I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THEIR BEST PRICE FIRST INSTEAD OF PLAYING THE CAR SALESMAN DEAL I.E. THEY STARTED WITH AN UNBELIEVABLY HIGH PRICE AND AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE boss THE PRICE WAS LOWERED AND THEN LOWERED AGAIN UNTIL IT WAS AT A FAIR PRICE AND A GOOD VALUE.THEY ALSO WERE ABOUT TWO WEEKS GETTING TO MY HOUSE TO MEASURE FOR THE WINDOWS AFTER THEY HAD TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE ABOUT 4 OR FIVE DAYS,THUS SETTING THE PROJECT BEHIND SCHEDULE. Install America did an excellent job replacing my windows. The were courteous, timely, and very professional in their work. The windows are beautiful! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
The installation was quick and efficient. I would have liked if the workmen had cleaned the windows before leaving.
Install America replaced our windows, 13 total excluding our bay window which was also done. Job was done in less than 2 days. I felt bad for the installers because we were in the middle of a heat wave with temps over 100 including the heat index. My husband and I love the new windows and the capping that was done around each window ? superb!
