Salesman was customer focused and worked with our needs and pricing. The warranty is out of this world. Installers were curteous and cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. We will be calling them back for the rest of the windows we need.
We had an inital problem is contacting this contractor. The salesperson who was supposed to come out had a family emergency so they sent out a management type. We did not take the offer right then but when we wanted to take it we could not get hold of him. We had nothing in writing. Several months later we had another sales person come and they agreed to abide by the first quoted amount, which was very generous. We are very happy with the results; they did an excellent and professional job.
We can't say enough good things about our experience with Install America. We are in our mid-50's; over the past 20 years, we've re-placed almost everything in our 60 year old home. We consider ourselves to be fairly knowledgeable and fairly picky too. We interviewed 5 companies for the job of replacing all 20 windows in our house. We have not had our windows installed yet. They will be installed sometime in the February. So far though, we have been very happy with the quality service.
Very Happy with the Work. We have had many people tell us that they like the look of the new vinyl siding and new shutters. We are very pleased with the workers who did the installations on our house and garage.
Sales pitch was a "take it now or lose it" kind of deal which I hate. Job was completed 3 weeks later than promised. They lost a star there. Otherwise the work was great. The workers were pro and polite and their workmanship was top notch. Overall I would use Install America again.
We had 18 windows installed and they were done in a day and a half with no mess. They look beautiful, but more importantly they are already keeping the house warmer!!
