very proffesional and courteous
I have just signed the contract to install their windows this evening. The sales (marketing) person who gave me the estimate was extremely professional and very friendly. His presentation was the best I have seen, and I had 3 other estimates before him. The company offers the best warranty on the windows and labor that I have come across, the quality of the glass far surpasses the competition, and their prices are very reasonable. Staff is excellent. The customer comes first. Profit is not their first priority. Carol is an asset to the company!
We haven't had the windows installed yet, but we are very impressed with Tom and Rich. They were very straight-forward and to the point, which we greatly appreciated after a two hour presentaion from other companies. They also included things, such as capping and replacing rotted wood in the sashes, that other companies were going to charge us extra for.
