Excellent Service and follow through We did not have a lot of knowledge about the Solar process or the benefits until our sales rep Calvin Davilla stopped by. He was very knowledgeable, explaining things in a very simplistic manner. Everything that he promised, we received. Our panels are now 100% installed and producing energy. If you are interested in learning more about solar, I would definitely recommend Ion and I would suggest asking for Calvin Davilla as your representative.
Quality and Professionalism Started with this company a few months ago. They had a representative come to the house and explain EVERYTHING upfront. Sometimes, you expect something dubious with cold call businesses. They were very professional in the installation process. I had a lengthy discussion with the electric company about ION reputation. Hands down the best!! From the time Dwayne walked though our door, to our install and every moment leading to our solar panels being turned on, I have been extremely impressed!! Everyone that I have had the pleasure of talking to with ION has been so friendly and professional!! I am so happy we went with ION!! All around a really fantastic experience!! I will definitely be reccomending ION to everyone I know!!
A smooth process from start to finish!!! Through the entire installation and set up process, everyone i worked with or that came to my home was amazing. Always on time and always did what they said. The total time to get my panels turned on was about a month quicker than they predicted. All around great process.
