Quick with Great Communication Our experience with Ion was great. We thought it went pretty smooth and actually pretty quick through all of the steps. We greatly appreciated that all of the necessary steps/items were taken care of by Ion and the communication with updates was awesome!
Ion solar is the best! We liked what they had to offer in going green. Everything sounded really great, until I got my first electric bill. Don’t worry it was more then great, my bill was next to nothing. They delivered just like they said. Great company!
Awesome I had a girl, I want to say her name was Gaby came to my door one day talking about solar. At first, I wasn't interested, and to be honest there was never really a good time to talk. She came back a couple of weeks later and we were able to make an appointment, to sit down and speak to someone. Mel came by the house and sat down and explained EVERYTHING to us. Excellence in performance and communication Work was done professionally with high quality and ahead of schedule. Communication by ION Solar throughout the process was perhaps the best I've ever seen.
My experience was wonderful. All questions addressed. They were very professional. Communication was excellent. There were no concerns left unaddressed. From beginning to end, each step was laid out, explained, and then carried out. They were kind, courteous, and very considerate of any needs I was uncertain about.
ION Solar Install team did an efficient installing solar panels ION Solar Energy Adviser Dwayne Roberts did an excellent in providing the information for installing solar panels which made since for my wife in I. He asked the question what was our goal. Our goal was to save money and reduce our carbon footprint. He was able to answer all of my questions.
