A pleasure to work with Sales Rep, Christian, worked with us a lot to get the price we were looking for. The whole process was seamless and ION made it very easy for us. They did all the paperwork with the county and our energy provider. I was surprised by how quick the installation went as well. Would definitely recommend going with ION.

Ion is a Fantastic Company I’ve made two random purchases from salespeople who’ve knocked on my door. One of them was the purchase of a set of solar panels from Ion. Everyone has been friendly and communication has been excellent. It was my first and only choice. A neighbor had researched six solar companies and said to me later this was the best choice. However; I had already started the process.

Mostly satisfied with installation process. There have been other contacts with solar companies. At the time I wasn't interested. The first thing I asked was where the panels were made, to the first person contact and he said they are made in Washington state. I watched the Silfab Solar video and they did not say the silicon wafers that produce the electricity are made in USA. I'll bet the wafers are made in Marxist Communist China.
