So far, so good My sales rep, Greg, was energetic and ready to get the ball rolling. The installation crew members were respectful and willing to explain the steps in the installation process. Other than the Envoy not working upon installation and having to wait on the technician to come out and replace it, I was satisfied with ION. The system has been up and running for a few days, and so far, all is working as promised.

ION Solar Recently had solar power added to my house and the process was very smooth. The employees that visited my house for surveys and the installation we very professional. They answered my questions in terms I could easily understand. All problems were quickly resolved. Overall, I was pleased with the process.

Great But Slow I chose ION because they came to my house and told me that I could get solar panels without any initial investment. I signed a contract the middle of March (just before the pandemic necessitated a stay-at-home order) and they turned it on the last full week of September. I love that I can see my energy production and other details about the performance of my panel array.
Highly recommend. Cameron Ferris was fantastic at explaining how and making sure that going solar made both environmental and financial sense for me. The process from contract signing to installation and follow up has been easy and consistent. Highly recommend.
Why didn't we do this sooner? We avoided solar salesmen for years because we didn't want to get pushed into something we'd regret. No regrets with ION Solar! They answered all of our (many) questions and walked us through what to expect at every step of installation, permitting, and activation. The ION service people were always on-time to scheduled appointments (no 'between the hours of 8am and 2pm' garbage) and very polite. So many appointments! I recently had my panels installed and it only took 3 appointments to actually get them to do it. One day they didn’t show up at all, the second day they were only here for a couple of hours and told me they’d have to come back, and the third time they finally came to finish the job. Now that the panels are installed and “operational” only 1 out of the 22 panels I have work, and it’s taken 3 appointments to diagnose the issue. Professional and smooth I was impressed with this company from the second the salesman rang the doorbell. Communication was awesome and all phases of installation were professional and smooth. We love our system!
