Great company So far ion solar has been a very great company to work with. Eric has been great at keeping me up to date with project information. Just finished the install there team was very professional and fast! Panels look great. If your looking for a good solar company look no further.
Amazing Quick and painless installation! My project manager was always available to answer all questions and my sales Rep Justin was pretty great also!
Rock Star Project Manager Michael Rowley our project manager kept us up to date even when the project hit delays. We are very happy with the installation project and like the sleek look of our panels. The electrition did an amazing job secind even impressed the Black Hills inspectors.

Customer service The installation team are very nice courteous and professional. They gave their best in installing the panel even it was windy day. They finished the job. The only thing is the people in the office needs coordination. The Clients needs to follow up on stuff and what process are they on. They don’t give updates to client. They have a poor team communications.

Happy to have solar! I feel like ION Solar is a decent company, offering a good product, forward thinking about the aesthetics, and customer support. I had planned to do this project with another company, SunRun, who has more years of experience and was quick and attentive. Their price, warranty, and perks were better (we were working through Costco), and think I would’ve been happy there.
