Outstanding customer service! Tom was awesome! Very professional, very personable, and explained everything in a very clear and easy to understand manner. Nathaniel Marlowe did the initial survey, and he was just as great. Definitely a pleasure to do business with.Ross, Joseph, and the rest of the install crew were just as professional and did an outstanding job.
Easy to make the change! All of the folks from Ion were professional and friendly. The job kept to their proposed timeline and as soon as the utility company finishes their part we can be living a greener life.
Solar Installed!! Ion Solar was the third company to come to my door and try to gain my business. I went with Ion because the gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, gave me incentives and a thorough explanation of the entire solar process. The surveyors and installers were also very professional and answered any questions I had during the installation.
Great product Absolutely love how quickly they were once everything was true. very nice clean everything came out perfect. I was not told before I purchase the item that it would not work if my power went out. Be aware most solar system do not operate if incoming power is cut off. It's supposed to be a safety issue. But I wasn't told until after my free refusal date had passed. So is like 6 days after I had agreed and signed the contract that I was informed of this. Decent Panels. Critter problems - Critter guards not included!! The panels have been working fine. Installation process was smooth and all taken care of by the ION Solar reps. The only complaint I have is that they did not include critter guard installation (which most other companies do). I am disappointed that I now have to shell out 1000-1200 to protect my panels from pigeons nesting under it. This throws off the entire cost calculation and makes Solar a clear loser from cost point of view.

Ion Solar had my recommendation. The sales rep, Andy Marlowe, was really great. I did have some concerns due to some miscommunication with my initial project manager. Andy was on it right away. He addressed all my concerns and went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the install. The installation crew was professional and fast. Overall Ion Solar had been a great company.
