Professional I chose Ion because I didn't feel any pressure. A different company was almost confrontational with my electric company. I didn't appreciate that at all, when I spoke to Ion the communication was great.

Smooth process, great customer service The process of purchasing and installation has been seamless and smooth. Every question has been answered and we feel secure in our purchase. We did our research and homework, and decided that Ion would be the very best option for our project. The customer service is outstanding too.
Step by Step Everyone at ION Solar has been helpful and no pressure to make the quick sale. Solar is a major investment and ION Solar walked us through the process step by step. We didn't move to the next step until we understood the details and were comfortable with the transaction. Our rooftop solar will be operational for many years and ION Solar will be right there if/when needed.
Professional experience Just started the process with Ion 3/20/19. We went with Ion because of American made products that perform and look amazing with a custom design. There are great financing options. But, mostly because of the knowledgeable, friendly and customer centric employees. Including but not limited to Matt, Vincent, John, Christian and my project manager Jeff.

ION Solar is a great company. The staff is very professional ION Solar sent out a representative to our house who explained the benefits of having solar power and how energy prices will continue to rise over the years and how using solar power will have a set payment that in time is paid off and you own the system.
Service The service has been very good and I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on Ion Solar. To date the process (still lacking installation inspection) has gone smoothly and my project manager has been responsive and considerate.
