Ion solar review I would say our experience was average for a home improvement purchase. As with any addition to your home you must be involved in every aspect or there will be dissapointment.I naively made the mistake of assuming the sales pitch would match the experience. Dallon was the sales guy and did a great job. His job wasn't hard because we already had a serious desire. He was VERY knowledgeable. Procuring our financing was a snap. ION Solar My sales guy Dallin was great. Answered all of my questions or got me an answer quickly. He was always dependable through the process. Project managers bounced around a little and communication with them wasn't great. Likely Dallin was able to always help me and get me back in touch with the new pm. They got my system installed and up and running ahead of schedule despite the lack of good communication with pm's.
Pleased Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. I have nothing but good things to say about ION.

On time and schedule I've been very pleased with ION. They installed my system in Feb of 2018 and I have been enjoying no power bill for a few months now. The only thing I pay my power company is the connection fee which is a flat fee I guess each month no matter what. My interactions with every employee was overall good. There was some miscommunication with the installers showing up earlier than expected, but when they give you a window of time to show up, you generally don't expect them to be right on time! Solar POWER!! I had my consult with Nate. He was very informative and professional. He had question to all my answers as well as a slide presentation. Which of course covered all the details of offset cost, how energy efficent my home is for havesting solar, and the crazy historic rate hikes of electricity. Its nice to see the pasion about the product and the huge benefits of those services and products!!
Great Solar System The product quality is there and by using a single inverter on each panel makes sense and this is where this company differs from Solar City. From your roof the panels are already coming down to your panel with AC. In all great price and product! Please note that I will never give a five stars because there is always room for improvement!
Finally someone who will answer my questions This review is just for the sales process as I'm in the middle of the installation project, but so far everything has been going really well. Nick was the third salesman we've talked to about solar but he's the first one that actually answered our questions rather than just going through a rehearsed sales pitch. Great Install and Process We are so happy with our decision to install solar panels. After extensive research, we selected Ion Solar. We are so happy we did. Their service was outstanding and the process was simple and quick from start to finish. We look forward being free of our utility bill and having more money in our pocket each month.
