Strong air freshener smell in lobby. Smell gave me a headache. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Restaurant was a poor experience. . Check out easy

I stayed here due to a snowstorm. I was close to work. I used none of the facilities, but the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and they had so many pillows of different densities. I slept like a baby!

We’ve stayed at this hotel/Casino several times and normally have a good stay. Two times now we’ve stayed in the South tower and the fire alarm went off. I’m glad they are working, but once was late at night and the other very early in the morning. If you’re going to stay, I recommend the North Tower.
