Room seemed outdated and the bathroom did not seem like it was well kept. For the price, you would expect more. The bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner. No lotion or other toiletries that you've come to expect in hotels.
Business response:
That is not the experience we want you to have, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will make sure the appropriate department is informed so they can address the condition of the room and bathroom amenities. Your feedback helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better stay in the future.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your review! We truly appreciate the wonderful review.
