Almost everything here was fantastic, however, the front desk staff was under staffed and either ignored customers, or took a very long time to acknowledge them. The bed was almost onto sleeping on a bag rocks, and the vent for the a/c unit (?) In the batgroom was almost completely clogged with dust, trash cans in the elevator areas were almost constantly over flowing with trash. But realistically, these things were very minor, my GF and i will stay here again.

It was one of our nicest visits. We have been coming to the Isle for decades. We missed the buffet so much. The added restaurant for breakfast was a great addition. So happy to stay put and have all we need in the areas of breakfast lunch and dinner!

This hotel was offered by our baseball team for a stay-to-play situation. We booked after the team’s code expired. This hotel was nice compared to other stay to play locations we have experienced. Walking by the casino, you definitely smell the smoke but we stayed in the North tower and didn’t smell anything. The room was clean. The public spaces also clean. I wouldn’t be upset if we had to stay at this location for baseball again.
