The room I was in needed at little updating. Coffee that is in the room is horrible. Housekeeping didn’t come. I’m not sure if they wasn’t supposed to but there was no signs up or the front desk stating no house keeping service will be given to those staying more than 1 night.

Hotel was full night before so cleaning crew was behind had to wait an extra hour to check in. Other then that it was a good stay.

OK stay The casino is beautiful, but the room was just average and no one came to make the beds or change out towels in the morning (might be because of the virus). Some sketchy people hanging out in the parking garage -- one tried to panhandle us.

We always enjoy our stay at the Isle in Bettendorf. Usually stay in the North Tower but ended up the South Tower because I did not have any comps (which I usually do) and the rooms were so expensive for the 1 night and the ST was cheaper. Rooms are too small in ST. Checkin line was a little long for a Friday night with only 1 checkin person. Didn't expect that.
