The employees (Patricia & Tom) at IStorage customer service were extremely professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I have been an IStorage customer for over a year, using the storage to store items for my job. I visited IStorage weekly and never had a bad experience with the staff or the business. Additionally, my job required refrigeration for my samples and the this place provided this. Lastly, the units are very clean and well maintained.

I do not live in the area, but my 88 year old mom does. They have been more than helpful with some issues (not caused by the storage place). They have worked with me, gave me fair prices (although there was a wrong quote given, but the quote price was rectified immediately) taken good care of my mom and her stored goods.
