The employees (Patricia & Tom) at IStorage customer service were extremely professional, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I have been an IStorage customer for over a year, using the storage to store items for my job. I visited IStorage weekly and never had a bad experience with the staff or the business. Additionally, my job required refrigeration for my samples and the this place provided this. Lastly, the units are very clean and well maintained.

I was out searching multiple storages and after my visit with I storage, I knew I found the right place, the facility is clean and the staff was awesome. Thank you Patricia for the tour, I can't wait to sign my lease.

I called the manager and he checked my storage for me and was really nice thank god they have always been friendly and helpful .

IStorage is an excellent experience. The staff made renting easy. The unit is clean dry and easily accessible. I feel safe renting here.

I do not live in the area, but my 88 year old mom does. They have been more than helpful with some issues (not caused by the storage place). They have worked with me, gave me fair prices (although there was a wrong quote given, but the quote price was rectified immediately) taken good care of my mom and her stored goods. Items were safe and with a good controlled atmosphere with no sign of moisture. Desiree and Debbie were personable and helpful. The only suggestion would be to have both office areas open. Avoid this place. As soon as you move in the rent increases begin. And they will always charge your card a week before it's due so you can't move out without getting that final payment. Nobody moves out of a unit 10 days before the month is over. But that's when the charge appears. Staff is great, but their owners implemented all these deceptive policies.

Not even close to professional. The staff is rude, could smell cigarettes in the halls, some units look like homeless people live in them with curtains, and fans blowing, etc,. I would never refer this place.
