Excellent experience so far! We recently got a storage unit for long term & are very happy with our unit as well as the customer service we have received so far. The staff at this facility is very helpful & courteous. We have had our unit for almost 2 months now & are completely satisfied in all areas of service, facility, price & access.
I would rank the front office support at iStorage as excellent! Ms. Vanessa was knowledgeable and articulate, the best front office person I spoke to in my search! I needed to store a relatively small amount of property for 4-6 months and since I live in Orcutt I naturally felt that the storage facility across from the Santa Maria Airport was a shoe-in. My experience has been impecable Several months ago, I rented a 10 x 18 storage unit with iStorage for furniture and belongings because I moved. Recently, I took a lot of stuff out and moved to a smaller unit and they worked with me really well. I was very pleased. Jack Cutler
