so disappointing I tried all day to speak to a manager, no response, no attention, been a customer for over a year and you cant even get their attention , so this is what happens, poor reviews, dont ask for more then you are willing to give, your poor communication has cost you my business, for ever , I move to Washington next month and i will not be using this company, I dont like to be ignored and I shouldnt have to ask for attention sorry I dont like to hurt any private business but you deserve this review

READ THE REAL REVIEWS!! Do not EVER use this place at all!!!! They are beyond rude. Our trailer was broken into on their property and they said they would look into the cameras, never did. So we found another storage unit. Then they sent us to collections one month after we werent there anymore. Which 1. We were on autopay and 2. we have no clue what they are charging us for. They will not return our phone calls.

My elderly folks rented the end of April, had a promo for 1.2 off May, June & July, my folks paid thru June and in May my mother received a Lein notice. She went down again and they insisted she still owed for May and June so she double paid. I went to speak to the office manager and thought we had things worked out. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this establishment. Everything seemed wonderful at first. It was very easy to rent our unit and the front desk seemed kind and helpful. However that all changed when we went to move out. When I closed one of our units (we had two at the time), they canceled our access code completely. We had no way of getting into the unit we still had and had already paid for. It took me going into the office three times for them to correct this. Staff friendly, but watch out. I did not have my lease available so I called a few weeks ahead of time to let them know I would be moving out and what kind of notice did I need to provide. They said no notice required, just let us know when done. I moved out on a Sat, Sunday they were closed, Monday was 4th of Jul holiday, so I stopped by Tuesday the 5th to let them know I was out. Manager harass good renters. Made up rules and disregarded company policies. People live in motor homes and electric hooked up from storages to motor home. What a disgrace bunch of amateurs. As of 10-22-2016 the place seems rundown. Security gate doesn't work for months, light bulbs burned out and not replaced. Renters are living in there 331-456-523-448 these are some of the few I saw in the early hours

This place is real good about raising the price every 6 months. Their latest scam is an additional charge every month for insurance. Seems like a hell of a profit for then.....easy money.
